of Tow Law after the completion of burials of animal carcasses at the burial site. During the height of the disposal of animal carcasses in the Tow Law burial site, children were not allowed to play outside because of the overbearing stench. Some parents were concerned for the health of their children after they developed blisters in their mouths.
