The quarry is, as they say, 'a different world altogether' climate-wise, and the general 'clag' hanging around the hillside on this day made photography difficult. Decent exposure was 'on the edge' to say the least, and some 17 frames on motor drive were rattled off in the space of a few seconds to try and capture the decisive moment. The company takes great care in matters of safety, and that this is justified can be seen by the splash in the middle foreground, which is not that far from the camera position.
