Outsourcing is the important concept now. We are obviously too expensive to compete though we have cut our costs considerably. So to get a commission to build a ship against Polish competitors we have to outsource some of the contracts .. to companies that are based here…but it's just Croats working. They build full ship sections. My colleagues are not happy with that. But you have to go with it. The foreign workers can't help it. They are just taking their chances here to earn their living".
