After hearing of Jimmy Forsyth's death, my son was brow his catalog and to his astonishment in the photo titled the Cruse family is his mother and all but one of her siblings. On the left is her brother Terry who still lives in Newcastle, in front of him second youngest, Elizabeth who lives in Fawdon with her husband Alan . To their right is Lilian Jean who resides just north of Newmarket Canada, with her husband, Gerald (Gerry) Hope, Her son Rod, daughter Michelle, and her two grand kids, Nathan and Kai Erret. Next is Pauline, who unfortunately died of breast cancer C. 1979. Next to her is Anne, who lives in Gosforth with her husband Robbie. At the rear, and eldest of the brood is Brian who lives in Gateshead with his wife Margaret. The missing child is Ailsa, who at that point in time would have only been a toddler.
Somewhere in our collection of photos, we have a snapshot that may have been taken on the same day by Jimmy. It's a photo of my wife (Jean as she prefers to be called) siting on a park bench. The reason I think it could have been taken by Jimmy is that she is wearing identical clothes to the ones she is wearing in the catalog.
