Stefan Dolfen

Born in Linnich, 1959. Until 1989 studied at the Gesamt Hochschule Essen (formerly the Folkwang College of Art). From 1989 working as a freelance artist. 1995 - 1998 taught at the Fach Hochschule in Düsseldorf. In 1999 he founded photosinstore.com. In 2000 he founded eye-d Designbüro. Lives and works in Essen, Germany.

PRIZES & AWARDS: 1989 OttoSteinert Prize - awarded a bursary by the DGPH, a German Photographic Association.
